As Africa increasingly experiences a growing wave of innovations and Governments place Internet – driven growth firmly on their development agendas, panellists will address friction factors: digital infrastructure, shortage of capital and skilled labour, payment systems and data security, volumes of localized content; that are preventing economies from realizing the Internet’s full benefits.
